Managers rarely commend good work rather, they focus on anything they feel should improve. Working hard and going the extra mile are not apriciated.
Support from Management
Leadership is lacking. They micro manage every aspect of your job. When asked for creative ideas they reject them and when you provide options to increase revenue they are not open.
The individuals working there are great and try to work together when allowed to.
