There are a lot of terribly abusive and self serving RPM’s within the company.
Suggestions for improvement
- Senior level support of the properties. Managers are limited to the control and management of their Regional Property Manager. There are a lot of terribly abusive and self serving RPM’s within the company. Managers will leave rather than challenge their RPM.
What I like about the company
Compensation, training and advancement opportunities.
What I dislike about the company
Employees on the site level are forgotten. The only time senior level management is visible is when a property is in trouble. If senior level where always support some properties would avoid a lot of issues.
