No, felt the work culture was very poor
Support from management
Supervisors feared were unable to provide support or direction in fear of lost of their job.
Employees were aware of their ability to work well with certain staff to ensure the effectiveness of the job but their opinions were not considered.
Freedom to work independently
Workers have no day in the structure.
Only told what they wanted you to know
It is suspected the male employees were paid more than females and promoted more often

- Upper management need to be trained on diversity, team playing and retention of employees

I enjoyed working with the students. Helping them develop and achieve independence
