they act like you will be supported by a team of educators but that is not the case

constantly checking and demanding things before deadlines
very rarely shares praise
only because of the union
constant changes in expectations of workers
Suggestions for improvement
- The workplace should offer more praise and compensation for those that perform. There should be no favorites in the workplace, so to leave final decisions to the principal or super intendent is a joke.
What I like about the company
It is the interaction with the students that make this job worthwhile.
What I dislike about the company
The administration and the board. Everyone is so afraid of discussing with their higher ups that it is just the ideal to do what you are told.
