Suggestions for improvement
- Involving staff in the outlier districts. Lots of things going on on the main campus (free masssges, discounts at bakery) little things but makes those of os 3 hours away feel very insignificant.
What I like about the company
If district coordinator is supportive it makes things easier. But they’re the middle man and can approve/change very little.
Teammates are amazing. But very few resources in a remote district.
What I dislike about the company
Employer doesn’t seem to value staff and their needs to support students. It’s sll about budgets and not having enough money.
