The company doesn't really offer you a place to sign up for other schools to sub with. They say you can, but there is not bridge to those schools.
Support from management
No, there is no support for staff
This organization does not have this relationship with subs.
Freedom to work independently
The company believes their employees are able to work independently.
There isn't a whole lot of communications from the organization other than occasional emails about professional development.
All female subs have the ability for equal employment
Attitude towards older colleagues
I have no idea on this one.
There are no growth opportunities here, unless you opt to work in a different district
Overall compensation for your work
Not at all, we are the lowest paid in the state
Office / Work Environment

Inclusive / Diverse
No, if you work in a school you must have a neutral opinion about everything

What I like about the company
The company offers workman's comp if you get injured on the job. It's not very much money and it doesn't pay the bills but they do let you choose the doctors you want to see. If you get excluded from a school the administrator of the company will call you
What I dislike about the company
The pay is way too low for living in Arizona. With subbing you still have to have a second or third job, but it really depends on which districts you sub for.
