Work/life balance depends on the department you are in. Advancement is a joke as management plays favorites.
Suggestions for improvement
- More training availability for employees at ALL levels, unbiased interviews, structured training plans when hired into new positions, action reviews for mgrs at all levels when issues arise. HR to not take only mgr word for a situation and take all sides into account
What I like about the company
Good benefits. 403 match is good for a non profit. Education reimbursement is great
What I dislike about the company
Stop playing favorites. Give equal opportunity when positions open up. Treat everyone fairly, and stop giving mgrs. family that are employees special treatment. Lower level admins. should be given equal opportunity to advance and not be held back.
