There used to be a "no lay off" policy when Kurt Langraff ran the company. When he left things have changed.
Support from management
I almost never saw my manager.
Reorganization was kept a secret even though it affected almost the entire company.
Attitude towards older colleagues
More older employees were laid off during the reorg than younger employees. I'm surprised nobody file a law suit.
