Suggestions for improvement
- Limited growth opportunities exist here. Internal politics have impacted performance and results on multiple occasions that I have seen first hand.
What I like about the company
This organization is very competitive and active in new healthcare trends. Senior leadership is very hands on and accessible, which is great for transparency and understanding what is happening in the company. Employees are hard working, but there is a lot of clicks and favoritism is apparent. Work life balance is very fair, compensation is fair but certainly not industry leading. There are a great deal of excellent providers in this network, and are very knowledgeable. This is a place I trust to take myfamily and loved ones. Overall, I would recommend. There are a few management issues and lack of training/mentoring that makes it extremely difficult to learn a new role or advance without the support of your manager.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of mentoring/training. Favorites are obvious. Attention to detail is extremely important here; as is personal image. I find it inappropriate and extremely distasteful that management talks badly about employees behind their back to senior managementif they dislike someone, and put in minimal effort to correct issues with employees that are a direct result of managerial shortcomings.
