Somehow the hiring staff have a system of hiring their talent that proves to be consistently positive, and when they've made a mistake in that process, they find it and weed it out quickly.

No shareholders at this firm, so the culture is completely different when everybody is profit share eligible...we are ALL owners. NICE!!!
The communication between home office and branch offices is so far above and beyond. There isn't a time where I have called home office and not received excellent service and they never, ever make you feel inferior for not knowing something.
