General Manager prefers Males versus female employees.
Attitude towards older colleagues
General Manager or Chairman prefers younger employees versus older employees. Has terminated employment over several employees over the age of 40
General Manager wants to use you and then toss you when he changes direction. Seems to hire only people he likes, versus what the company needs.
Overall compensation for your work
I feel sad for this company. It was once prosperous and felt like a tight group or family. Now you get PIP's and General Manager gives impression that he wants all new people.
Everyone constantly gets PIP's or Performance Improvement Plans. which is code for "Way to Get rid of you"

- Remove the General Manager. He will destroy this company if he hasn't already.
