Suggestions for improvement
Supervisors suppress & diminish employees; if they even recognize talent at all. There is an element of competitive territorialism that makes one feel like everyone is working only for themselves, and against all others - or using them. At its core, this company is a backwater manufacturing institution, and little regard is given to office employees whom the CEO regards as 'paper-pushers'.
Very little leadership support, advocacy from superiors, favoritism is rampant and treatment of employees inconsistent to say the least.
