Suggestions for improvement
- Replace all of the top management. President/CEO and COO were voted out by the Board of Directors on March 30, 2016. They should have kept going down the line of Vice Presidents. Layoffs of about 35% of the workforce started on March 31, 2016.
I like about the employer
Wages reasonable for the area.
I dislike about the employer
Poor management communication to workers. Lacks training process for new employees. Uses social media to advertise on the cheap. While reporting triple-digit sales, VPs are asking workers to write short essays detailing what they will do to stay busy. Very dysfunctional management team.
