There weren't many female partners or females in positions of authority.
Suggestions for improvement
- Watch the people you have in charge of departments and try to make things fair for everyone, not just those related to others in the company.
What I like about the company
They did pay well but you pretty much had to know someone to get in.
What I dislike about the company
There's a ton of nepotism.
The cost of benefits was astronomical, especially for the employees with lower salaries.
