Better communication between managers and more efficient scheduling of parts production. Share weekend responsibilities between all supervisors instead of only a few/rotate weekend schedules to allow supervisors the ability to spend time with their families and attend worship services. Compensate supervisors monetarily for all the overtime hours they give to the company and the time spent away from their family.
