Support from management
1st shift logistics was awesome. But upper management torn that apart.
Freedom to work independently
To many bosses. Everyone want to run it but has no clue of how too.
No one cares or listens. Human relations has no clue to anything but themselves and whom they like.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They don't care about the employees whom has spent most of their lives there.
