Neopitism, favoritism and along with always stressing margins, sale goals as the company didn't follow through with customer satisfaction
Support from management
somewhat good support, but it was strange how they stressed sales first and then customer satisfaction last.
Each branch consisted of a team if they were able to manage that, but beyond that is was hard to get the region to buy into the teamwork concept I guess because of bad past
