Suggestions for improvement
- Company is primarily driven by cost out projects. Little investment in people that work to assure the right processes are in place to stabilize the environment.
Cover your behind is the culture here.
Virtually no support. Didn't remove roadblocks. Created more roadblocks.
Team of one.
Hard to do because S.M.A.R.T type of expectations don't exist.
No real news from corporate.
Couldn't complain - but expected to travel at the drop of a hat.
