Employees that are not aligned to the interdepartmental pre hire relationships (clicks), are not nurtured, cultivated, or developed.
Management positions are appointed by relationships, and not ascertained due to an individual’s abilities, accomplishments, or merits.
Management is allowed to reign independent of Human Resource involvement, consent, or approval, when making career altering or ending decisions.
Meetings are not structured to enhance skill sets, but as a brow beating session for targeted employees.
In closing, if you are the company’s acceptable genetics, do not threaten management with any level of intelligence, and make the “The Click” you have a possibility of thriving in their culture.

- Eradicate negative Management elements and the individuals promoting them.
