Company culture

Diversity and inclusion is not a standard business practice of this company.
Shift scheduling, as well as equipment, such as dual computer monitors (which are necessary for the multi requirements of the job) are allocated with prejudicial disbursement.
Raises, promotions, and terminations are negatively influenced by racially bias management decisions, which also result in tenured employees being overlooked, and passed over when career decisions are made.
Employees that are not aligned to the interdepartmental pre hire relationships (clicks), are not nurtured, cultivated, or developed.
Management positions are appointed by relationships, and not ascertained due to an individual’s abilities, accomplishments, or merits.
Management is allowed to reign independent of Human Resource involvement, consent, or approval, when making career altering or ending decisions.
Meetings are not structured to enhance skill sets, but as a brow beating session for targeted employees.
In closing, if you are the company’s acceptable genetics, do not threaten management with any level of intelligence, and make the “The Click” you have a possibility of thriving in their culture.

  • More career incentives, bring family core back. Gives those who work hard bonuses and better raises.
