Great place to get your foot in the door and then get out. Stagnant culture
Good place to start your pharmacy career, but limited development opportunities and low pay.
Support from management
Varies by manager, but my manager was rigid and unhelpful
Freedom to work independently
Too many metrics — got in the way of seeing customers
Clear communication for the most part
Not equal. Not even close.
Attitude towards older colleagues
If you are over 40, time to start lookong elsewhere
No field based opportunities
Overall compensation for your work
Horrible compensation compared to others
Great time off options
Inclusive / Diverse
They talk diversity all day long, and only support stupid ideas from diverse and under qualified individuals. Disgusting. You have to be non-white to be promoted.
Suggestions for improvement
- Fire Dave Ricks and provide your employees with fair compensation and opportunities to develop
What I like about the company
Very family friendly and good if you enjoy travel.
What I dislike about the company
Dave Ricks, CEO. There aren’t enough expletives in the English language to express my disdain for him.
