Eli Lilly is the best company to work for.Not only do they care about the wellbeing of patients, but also employees.

What I like

Everyone here is always willing to help you out. I love the team that I am on because everyone is so positive and uplifting. My manager truly cares about me and wants to make sure I am set up for success and on the right career path. The benefits are amazing here. I love that the company shuts down at the end of the year for all employees to spend time with family.

What I dislike

Sometimes the fast changes can be difficult. I haven’t been here long enough to really notice anything bad.

Suggestions for improvement

I don’t have any improvements since I haven’t been here long. The company is continuously trying to make improvements for our medicines and for our employees.

Internal Communication

I can be a little shy so I struggle with networking. I would say I am approachable though and can talk to anyone who talks to me
