Suggestions for improvement
- Pay workers on time , and pay correct amount . Reimburse employees in a timely fashion(NOT months later.) Stop issuing checks that are always bounced. Again I'd like to emphasise, PAY WORKERS ON TIME, stop giving excuses and delaying payments to the workers

I dislike about the employer
Never paid on time . Always had issues with overtime pay. Owner expected all work to be done in an unreasonable amount of time, however failed to be reasonable in regards to paying employees. Reimbursements were given whenever boss felt like doing so. Owner of the company was for the most part a bully who did not care about the employees.
