Suggestions for improvement
- There is already a lot of improvements that have been implemented.
Their is no fairness and trust at this company. If you open up to management about anything, you will not have a job for long.
No leadership what so ever. Management is to busy trying to cost employees their job.
Colleagues do not work together at all. No communication or sharing of ideas.
FAVORTISM OR THE BUDDY SYSTEM IS THE NAME OF THE GAME AT ELKAY.
