Management attend meetings after meetings and nothing gets accomplished.
Overall Compensation for your work
They pay below industry standards. They will hire Coordinators and make them do all that managers do..but not pay them or offer same perks as managers.
Regardless of if you dedicated your whole self to them..they love to fire people then drag them through the mud. Here one day gone the next..just take a look at the senior leadership team. It's been a revolving door.
