Suggestions for improvement
- Top administration could give people a sense that they will be employed beyond this week. The most common activity of management-level staff is developing plans and reports for their supervisors and top administrators; then people wonder why more isn't getting done.
I like about the employer
The compensation was at market rates, the location was good, and the co-workers are very good.
I dislike about the employer
You will always feel like getting let go is possible tomorrow. They will use you for what they need, and then they don't need you.
