Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management needs to get to know their programs better in order to more effectively make the executive decisions that affect staff and clients.
Stink.. Treat there employees unfair.
There is none. The deputy director did not know their jobs.this process carried over to all levels of management Very dysfunctional
There is not team work. Only daily meetings because they failed inspections. The state has them on plan of corrections but nothing gets resolved
