Support from Management
There is none. The deputy director did not know their jobs.this process carried over to all levels of management Very dysfunctional
Level of Autonomy
There is not team work. Only daily meetings because they failed inspections. The state has them on plan of corrections but nothing gets resolved
Suggestions for improvement
- Yes, start over with a consultation firm. You need to support management and staff. Give praise. When staff works two shifts they are hungrey. You won't allow people food or a voice
- Have people in positions that have degrees. You put people with a music degree in a directors position, does not work. Also being friends on the job going out to eat lunch with supervisors leaves a bad taste. Finally management allows for team leaders to spend clients Money, it's fraud.
