Lots of decisions made by inexperienced executives who are clueless about the ramifications of their actions
Collegial between departments
Layoffs every 3-6 months. Constant reorganization
Started in 1990 as a Receptionist in HR and worked my way up to a Compliance Analyst. The company also had free healthcare for employees at that time.
When the employees had to start paying for their healthcare. It was very expensive for a family.
