- Management needs to evolve from a deeply ingrained fear-based mindset to one of trust and inclusion.
The employees seem to always talk about the management's lack of knowledge regarding the department they run and the upper level execs don't ever know what's going on on in their own department.
Your position is never stable. Management and upper level execs are always changing so no one ever knows what's going on.

From the top down, it seems the company operates with an abusive culture of blame and intimidation. They push their workers to damaging levels of output under the guise of teamwork and a sense of aspiring to greatness. The Brazilian overlay with an American company has its own level of Kabuki theater about it.
