Suggestions for improvement
- Enterprise and employees communication are not that honesty.
Good place to work if you’re under 50. After that you’re pretty much done and they start pushing you to leave— if you don’t, don’t expect to work past 60. A lot of favoritism in promotions, not a meritocracy place.
Professional development is not a meritocracy but rather whether you’re part of “the club”. Experience doesn’t count, low salaries do — so it’s a good place until you’re in your mid-40’s.
