Suggestions for improvement
- Walk the talk and practice what you preach. Things look great from the outside but once you get in it’s a whole different thing
What I like about the company
Good place to work if you’re under 50. After that you’re pretty much done and they start pushing you to leave— if you don’t, don’t expect to work past 60. A lot of favoritism in promotions, not a meritocracy place.
What I dislike about the company
Professional development is not a meritocracy but rather whether you’re part of “the club”. Experience doesn’t count, low salaries do — so it’s a good place until you’re in your mid-40’s.
