I joined this company in 2013. I have been been promoted from my starting position. I have a supportive department that makes it possible to have work/life balance. There are many perks, such as a wellness program and on site fitness center.
Ability to hire additional staff in some departments.
They offer good programing across the board for both students and staff. The facilities can be state of the art and always clean.
Budget constraints on departments while the university is buying additional buildings and construction projects with cash.
