Suggestions for improvement

  • Get your layoffs done quickly and let people regain a sense of security about their job if they still have one when the layoffs eventually end.

What I like about the company

EMC was a great place to work but that all changed as senior management began to prep the company for it's eventual sale to Dell.

What I dislike about the company

Work atmosphere was very stressful before I left. Layoffs have been ongoing since the "merger" with Dell. It was hard to get work done because everybody is looking over their shoulder wondering if their manager and the HR rep are looking for them.
