There is much division with employees. Regardless of how well they work or their lack of work, it seems to boil down to personal favorites by the managers
Employees are merely worker bees.
Some departments are very cohesive others it's Everyman for himself
There are many that are scape goats
They push you to do more and more and don't care that you are already at max
There is very little collaboration with employees lower than executive level. Decisions are made at the top levels, then the vision is diluted and muddied as it is passed down. No clear goal or targets other than revenue. If you don't make that, then heads are cut, whether your dept is responsible for the miss or not.
Teamwork is little to nonexistent. Business is all about "cya" and make sure you are not in the spotlight.
