Zero support, they also do not care about their employees one bit.
The only teams are office versus field and no matter what you do the office always wins.
They make a big deal about saftey Monday mornings and that's it. They violate every OSHA rule they can and practice forcing employees to work unsafe.
Suggestions for improvement
- Fire all middle management and hire people who have actually done the work they supervise. Remove the VP that wrongfully got his position and is burning the company to the ground.
