work at different locations and almost no briefing on their rules and regulations at each different apartment
Support from management
lack of communication. Retired police chief runs the company, already on pension. Hogs all the hours for young bucks to make a living
Suggestions for improvement
- Need an office at the very least. Have an office in the local area for easy punch in and punch out methods. Radios are needed for safety and to communicate for back up. Work in at least two officers per location for extra safety and help.
What I like about the company
Being an armed security guard. Having the authority to run apartment complexes to give the residents a peace of mind.
What I dislike about the company
pay checks are almost monthly. Have to beg them to drive out and bring my check. It is suppose to be bi-weekly. But we'd get paid monthly once or no pay at all. Like I said-had to beg to get a pay check.
