Suggestions for improvement
- Managers need to keep training, action on every reports they made, install the camera in ALL HOMES except for bathroom and bedroom for customer's safe. Staffs should not LIVE IN with customers. Keep boundaries.
What I like about the company
Have Deaf community.
What I dislike about the company
Staffs are unprofessional, so were the managers. Managers were not do something about. Neglect and abuse the customers who are special needs.
