Everyone is on the defensive and execs only care about increased revenues. It's telling that the company never conducts employee climate surveys.
Internal communication is terrible, when it exists at all. Emails go unread/unanswered and finding the people you need to talk to is often a wild goose chase.
Non-existent. You've got to pay for your own continuing education requirements and forget about going to conferences unless you are an exec. The execs are always out of town on boondoggle trips.
