I do not see generally a healthy working atmosphere, but it usually depends from the group. In general, the company does not contribute to a work climate of fairness and trust. Most of the people do not care about saying what's wrong or are not brave enough to express their opinion when there is something wrong. I think it is a place where people tend to follow the herd mentality.

no good conduct in conflict situations, targets are usually set realistically, decisions are not made clear enough, employees are usually somehow involved in the decision-making process.
