This is a company that puts a very high value on a work life balance. They need to learn a global structure.
Suggestions for improvement
- ALIGN!!!! Create standard procedures that have flexibility per site. The onboarding here is pretty rough it seems everyone is starting from scratch. Roll out new tools for the employees. How are employees supposed to create these cutting edge technology products for customers when we are still using old systems and technologies.
What I like about the company
This company highly values work/life balance. They also are a very challenging and trustworthy company, allowing employees to do with their position as they see fit. As long as they can justify it. They have a huge support for continually training their employees to be the best they can be.
What I dislike about the company
This company grew so fast that they haven't quite adapted to a global or even regional structure. They could do a lot more if there was not so much duplication and separate work and processes from site to site. I think they waste a lot of money because of this.
