Overall great place to work. Teamwork is good. Enjoy working with everyone in my department. Job/work life balance is great, too. Job security is good.

I feel like there are definitely opportunities for me to grow and progress. I've learned a lot and have been challenged with this position several times. I feel like my position is secure and that I am a valued member of the team.
We are so extremely short staffed that it makes some nights feel impossible. We have voiced our concerns multiple times to management and have not had anything resolved. There have been some nights that we have felt that our patients were unsafe due to the high nurse to patient ratio and management has not made an effort to fix it.
