Suggestions for improvement
- I would get more staffing and keep people more accountable for calling out ''sick'' and have more consequences in line for them.
What I like about the company
I feel like there are definitely opportunities for me to grow and progress. I've learned a lot and have been challenged with this position several times. I feel like my position is secure and that I am a valued member of the team.
What I dislike about the company
We are so extremely short staffed that it makes some nights feel impossible. We have voiced our concerns multiple times to management and have not had anything resolved. There have been some nights that we have felt that our patients were unsafe due to the high nurse to patient ratio and management has not made an effort to fix it.
