The diverse opportunities to meet unique people and the opportunity to participate in the many events and offerings on the campus.
Career stagnation. It's very hard to be promoted and grow within Emory. They hire from outside most often. Without promotion opportunities there are also few opportunities for pay growth. Pay is stagnate as well.
The worst manager. She didn't know how to talk to the staff and there was nothing done when complains were made to HR
