Suggestions for improvement
- Promote from within and provide wage increases that will do more than just cover the cost of insurance. People should be able to have a little more in their pockets following a raise.
I like about the employer
The diverse opportunities to meet unique people and the opportunity to participate in the many events and offerings on the campus.
I dislike about the employer
Career stagnation. It's very hard to be promoted and grow within Emory. They hire from outside most often. Without promotion opportunities there are also few opportunities for pay growth. Pay is stagnate as well.
