Suggestions for improvement
Terrible. The senior management structure is set up for failure and no company culture is created. The company is very silo'd and its almost as if team-building is frowned upon.
The senior management structure is flawed. One VP may support you while the other bashes you. No one moves in the same direction.
For the most part, yes, there is teamwork. However, there is an underlying "Got ya" mentality where people would prefer to point out the negative than help to achieve a positive result.
