Suggestions for improvement
- Change the local management team and treat sales people as if they are contributing members of the company. Do not always send memos that are derogatory to the sales team and then act like they are part of a team when visitors are present.
I like about the employer
Commission sales so taking time off is not usually an issue except around holidays.
I dislike about the employer
You are totally on your own. The local managers lie to the employees and hide the way they treat the employees from upper management so no one in senior management can make changes. Morale is very low. Talk to sales people like children and blame them for low sales instead of local managers who are never available. They tell you to call but do not pick up their phones.
