Suggestions for improvement
- Get management that actually has experience in the Optical Business, instead of Accountant types or those who have NEVER been in Optical (many Regional Managers come from outside industries) and have NO CLUE about daily operations. Offer better products.
I like about the employer
Is a stable company and has a Union for hourly employees (NY ONLY).
I dislike about the employer
Company pushes the bottom line way too much and has too many company driven standards that are just laughable. Their products are sub-standard at a cheap price. They own Davis Vision and cater mainly to them.
