Suggestions for improvement
- Benefits including dental/vision and life. Get rid of the high school mentality and treating employees badly and that they are replaceable at a moments notice.
I like about the employer
I dislike about the employer
No benefits to speak of except expensive medical. No vacation, sick days only PTO which accrues at a snails pace after 6 months employment. Also require 2 days notice to use PTO or it is unexcused absence so any emergencies, illness, etc. or not excused whether you have PTO accrued or not. Micro managing is a big problem with this company as well as very high turnover rate.
