I would say it was toxic. Higher ups do not care about their employees and will only do what is best for themselves. They do not trust their employees in the slightest.
Support from Management
There is no support from the owners. They do not care.
There is no communication that is functional. Projects will be given to employees with little to no specs aside from what they basically want the final piece to be.
