they have only ONE employee meeting a year, and employees cannot air any grievances they have. When asked for feedback from employees, nothing ever comes from it.
Suggestions for improvement
- Have more than ONE employee meeting a year. Ask for more employee feed back and then ACT on it. Follow up on issues that employees bring to managements attention. Have RULES in place instead of 'guidelines', because if you don't follow through on rules, they are just guidelines.
