Suggestions for improvement
- Allow more remote working. Listen to employees input
Management abuse their authority and corporate does nothing. Racism is not hidden. There is a strong dislike for minorities.The managers are very disrespectful and use inappropriate language. The advancement is based on race and not the skills or performance.
ineffective leaders starting from Manager to President.Spent more time covering for each other than productive management. Mgmt does not want to take responsibilities for the mistakes made. Always place the blame on employees . I don't know how some of these people are in the positions that they are in with their inability to have a clue about the field that they manage.
