With new leaders and mergers, the company doesn't seem to care about the employee anymore. Benefits have been lost and evaluations are on a bell curve instead of by individual. This decreases the motivation of employees.
Suggestions for improvement
- Move to a location that is more conducive to public transportation and more centrally located.

Flexible work schedules & vacation
What I dislike about the company
Location, poor development programs, not listening to lower level staff ideas, less events to build employee moral and bonding, not challenging enough work.
