Leadership never or rarely comes around field/remote account operation to see how things are going. Lack of corporate support is blatant. It shows they just don't care how things are going and if it is not going well they only come around then. There is zero coaching and counseling from corporate unlike with many other corporations. .
No team work. How can there be when you are located 500 miles away from nearest corporate office and a regional manager only comes around 1 time per year.
