Leadership is hypocritical...say one thing do another.
Support from management
Leadership takes all the credit for work performed by staff.
Freedom to work independently
Leadership NEEDS to micro-manage, does NOT trust employees.
Communication is VERY one-sided...manager/director have ALL the answers, they do not solicit input from employees.
Leadership does not expect long term employees, so they offer NO career development
