Supervisor wouldn't even listen to ideas on change.
Everyone looking over their shoulders. Who will be fired next, mentality.
Suggestions for improvement
- President needs to relax and trust employees to do their jobs; since it is a small, privately run business, you can be fired at the whim of the owner.....and he has many crazy whims.
