Company Culture

Company culture is basically "CYA". Not much of a culture except for finger pointing and gossip.

Support from management

Goals are not realistic, directions not clear, management team will criticize and blame others while not taking responsibility

Teamwork

Colleagues either act like they're your boss or act like you are going to try to take their position. Constant back stabbing, lying, and sucking up to upper management. Working for this company is like being on a reality tv show rather than working in a place of business. Theres constant miscommunication and misunderstanding. No one helps anyone out with work load when over burdened.

Freedom to work independently

Team members of management can work independently, for the most part. However, there are times when if things are fast paced you will be put under enormous pressure to perform. You will be asked to not take mandatory breaks etc

Internal Communication

Your job title and expected duties will constantly be changing

Gender Equality

Will hire anyone... Literally. Have been witness to sexual harassment as well as harassment in general.

Attitude towards older colleagues

Again will hire anyone...literally

Career Development

Once you are in a position you will not be moved, theres no training, theres no raises. Your work load might increase however you will not see your pay increase with it.

Overall compensation for your work

Company has EXTREMELY poor benefits. No vision, no dental, no retirement. You will not get paid what you are worth if you are a value-able employee.

Office / Work Environment

Building is unkept, dirty, and an overall hazard. OSHA would have a " field day".

Environmental Friendliness

There is no recycling program. Trash is all over in scattered areas due to employee laziness to throw garbage away. Chemicals are kept in relatively hazardous areas.

Work-Life Balance

You will feel pressure to work more hours sometimes without pay. As illegal as that is, the owners do not care.

Not really

Job Security

If you are value able enough they will threaten you but not get rid of you. At least not until they find a replacement first. There is a relatively medium turnover rate.

Workplace Safety

Have been witness to countless hazardous practices, accidents, and mishaps. Chemicals are placed near each other when they shouldn't be. Driven vehicles are patched together to barely be able to function. There are oil and slick spots on the ground etc. As stated previously OSHA would have a "field day". Theres no safety from debris. You will get sick easily

Challenging Work

Challenging work and challenging life along with it. You will have stress coming home and you will find yourself angry and mentally exhausted if not from the job, from the people you work with.

Inclusive / Diverse

It is diverse however company does not do background checks. Have been witness to drug use and theft on premises.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Company will not listen to suggestions, everyone there in management is too stubborn to admit fault, say sorry, or pay attention.
