Suggestions for improvement
- Working from home would be great, ad additional sick time.
Managers receive little to no training. Some don't know how to support their employees.
Co-workers are great!
It's a well-known joke among employees that ET doesn't believe in communication. We are often in the dark even when we get new supervisors in our area.
They will let you move up the ladder, but no one really encourages personal career growth.
Company has no respect for the people that work here they talk good I'm person lots of promises. But in the end they ALWAYS fall through
Supervisors have no idea what they are doing so they offer you no support
Co workers will help you
No one in management listens to the workers
Not a job to stay at
Only one person retired here.. He was in management
